Step 1: Each package sent from our Israeli pharmacy is assigned a unique tracking number. Contact Us to find out what your package's number is. If you're expecting more than one package, you must track each one individually.

Step 2: If you'd like to locate your package while it's in transit click here and enter your tracking number in the space provided.

Note: Your order will be assigned a tracking number when it has been processed by the Israeli Postal Authority. Once your package leaves Israel, it is subject to regular US Customs processing and inspection upon arrival in the USA.

Your package and its tracking number will only be entered into the US Postal Service Tracking Site once your package has cleared regular US Customs formalities and has been secured by the US Postal Service. Hence, if your package is still being processed by Customs, you will see a notation on the US Postal Service Tracking site that reads "There is no record of this item." The package will still be in the possession of US Customs. You will see regular tracking information once your package has left US Customs.
