Refills Online

Follow these steps to order your refill, or refill as well as a new prescription. If you're only ordering a new prescription, go to Order a New Prescription Online.

Refill only

1. Click the "My Account" button and sign into your account using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the medication(s) you wish to refill and click the "Order" button
3. Complete and submit the Checkout Process to send your order to our Israeli mail order pharmacy.

Refill and new prescription

1. Click the "My Account" button and sign into your account using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the medication(s) you wish to refill and click the "Order" button
3. Click the "Continue Shopping" buttom from your Shopping Cart.
4. Find the new prescription you wish to order, and click the corresponding "Add to Cart" button.
5. Complete and submit the Checkout Process to send your order to our Israeli mail order pharmacy.
6. Fax us your new prescription(s) to 1-877-232-8824 toll free.

Order Refills by Fax

Follow these steps to order your refill, or refill as well as a new prescription. If you're only ordering a new prescription, go to Order a New Prescription Online or Order a New Prescription by Fax.

Refills only

1. On our Downloadable Forms page, download and print a "Refill Order Form". Print a Fax Coversheet and a Customs Declaration Form.
2. Complete and fax the forms to our Israeli mail order pharmacy, at 1-877-232-8824 (toll free.)

Refill and new prescription

1. On our Downloadable Forms page, download and print a "Refill with New Rx Order Form". Print a Fax Coversheet and a Customs Declaration Form.
2. Complete and fax the forms, along with your new prescription(s) to our Israeli mail order pharmacy, at 1-877-232-8824 (toll free.)

Order Refills by Phone

Follow these steps to order refills or refills as well as new prescriptions by phone. If you're only ordering new prescriptions, go to Order a New Prescription Online or Order a New Prescription by Fax.

2. Request your refill from our representative.
